Famed for its variety of classes, Frame has long been a favourite amongst Londoners. This summer, however, they’ve decided to branch out and open a standalone studio catering purely for the yogis amongst you!
Located just a stones throw away from Frame’s existing studio at King’s Cross, Frame’s yoga studio will cater to everything the yogi desires. We love the fun atmosphere and chilled out vibe the studio offers – it’s the perfect place to get your downward dog on. Everyone is welcome – from beginners to pros and even soon-to-be mummies as they’re offering specialised pregnancy yoga classes too. The team at Frame have searched London far and wide to bring you the capitals best instructors! Expect to see the likes of Steffy White, Annie Clarke, Michael Wong and Emily Clare-Hill.
The studio comes complete with a storage area and changing facilities, but there’s one thing in particular that we love. As soon as you walk in you will notice the beautiful feature wall covered in bright green palm trees – giving you a feeling of instant calm. Frame intends for its yoga studio to emulate its philosophy and wants it to feel personal, mindful and physical. You’re guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face and a spring in your step.
You can get your hands on a Frame Yoga membership which gives access to yoga classes across King’s Cross, Victoria, Queen’s Park and Shoreditch all for just £89 a month!
Even more exciting is the launch of MOVEYOURFRAME the label – a collection of 27 pieces of activewear and equipment providing Framers with everything they need for a top workout. Designed by founders Pip Black and Joan Murphy, the collection compromises everything you need for in the studio and out in the town.
The collection fuses together technical fabrications with fun designs and functional wear. It’s being designed to allow the wearer to mix and match pieces to cover all scenarios from a sweaty HIIT class to a calming yoga practice and even just to nip out to the shops.
Each piece is designed to be long lasting and and able to transcend the seasons so you will never go out of style. The collection has been thoroughly tested by the team to ensure optimum performance from each piece and no awkward bulging!
Can’t get to a studio for one of you favourite Frame classes? Then don’t fear as they’ve even designed a range of equipment for you to use at home – yay! Get your hands on gliders, ankle weights, resistance bands, resistance loops, pilates balls and even a clever little water bottle that will keep your drinks cold or hot for up to 24 hours – impressive!
You can even access ‘how to’ videos showing how to use all the equipment on their social media channels and website www.moveyourframe.com
The Frame Yoga Studio launched on 5th September so if you haven’t already got down there then what are you waiting for?! You can even pick yourself up a nice little treat from the MOVEYOURFRAME label whilst in store or online.
