Vegan Dough Co Restaurant Kits are an easy way to make delicious restaurant quality pizza at home. Founded in 2020 during the pandemic, Restaurant Kits was created to bring restaurant quality food to you. Not only does this provide delicious options for the customer, but it also helps local restaurants stay afloat during a difficult time. For those struggling with Veganuary and need a little inspiration, Vegan Dough Co Restaurant Kits are the perfect solution for a fun and easy to make meal at home.
Like many people, I have been experimenting in the kitchen, cooking up a variety of dishes. However, I’m not the best cook and therefore need to stick fairly close to recipes for the result not to turn into a total disaster! Vegan Dough Co Restaurant Kits are super easy to follow and as the kit provides everything you need, you really can’t go wrong.
I ordered the Godfather pizza kit for 2 and had lots of fun making the pizzas with my boyfriend. Of course I tried doing the dough spinning with my hands, but wasn’t good enough at the toss into the air like the pros, so had to hand stretch the dough! But, I think I did quite well, without the need of a rolling pin (my boyfriend used one!).
I followed the instructions and added all the ingredients and popped my pizza into the pre-heated oven. You can add your own ingredients too, if you wish, but I kept mine simple and followed the recipe kit. All in all, it only took about 15-20 minutes to make and cook and we had fun creating it. With a sprinkle of crispy onions, salt and pepper, my pizza was ready and duly consumed! Delicious and even more enjoyed because I had made it myself.
My boyfriend’s hesitation and initial scepticism at the vegan cheese was soon quashed as he tucked into his pizza. He’s a full blown meat eater, but he liked the vegan nduja and said he would choose this option again; I thought it was delicious and loved the subtle spicy flavour.
“…spicy vegan nduja, broccolini and green olives on top of a rich tomato sauce, beautifully melted vegan mozzarella and a soft and doughy base. what more could you want?…” Vegan Dough Co Restaurant Kits

During January, Restaurant Kits have several vegan options, as well as meat options for meat eaters.
Awesome Info –

Final Thoughts –
I would order the Vegan Dough Co Restaurant Kits again as I really enjoyed my pizza and had fun creating it. Next time, I could experiment a little and maybe add some ingredients that I have at home, such as garlic or onions… why not!
The only downside to the Vegan Dough Co Restaurant Kits is the packaging. I can’t find any information on their website to tell me if the packaging is recyclable or better yet, compostable. I hope their packaging is eco-friendly due to the ingredients all being individually wrapped.
