This smoothie gives you the ultimate morning wake-up. It is perfect for busy Londoners- and is filling enough to have alone for breakfast. The matcha powder can be replaced with Spirulina powder. Another tip is to add a table spoon of Udo’s oil to get the daily fix of Omega 3 and 6, or add some probiotics by pulling the capsules apart and tip out the content into the blender! Just like that you have the perfect wholesome morning smoothie.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 mang0
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 125ml cocunut water
- tbsp Matcha Powder
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 handfull mint
- Juice of 1-2 limes
Method:
- Peel the Mango, avocado and banana
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
- Serve immediately
