Huel
Huel has tons of protein-packed products, including protein powder, protein bars and ready to drink shakes.
I got to try the Huel Complete Protein, which comes in an array of flavours like Vanilla Fudge, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Salted Caramel, Banana Milkshake, unflavoured, and my personal favourite, Strawberries and cream!
Each serving contains 105 calories, 20 grams of protein to keep to fueled throughout your busy mornings, 26 vitamins and minerals and at the cost-effective price of 87 pence per serving (cheaper and healthier than a breakfast sandwich).
Vite Brain Bars
Brain Bars contain some essential nutrients and probiotics to help your body and mind perform at an optimal level. They are made from nutrient-dense, plant-based ingredients and protein. These bars are available in Dark Chocolate & nut as well as Ginger Apple Flavour.
Body Hero
BodyHero products are 100% vegan, high in protein and fibre, and low in sugar. I got to try out the great range of products created by Coldplay band-member Guy Berryman.
My personal favourite product was the plant protein bars. Each pack comes with 2 mini bars inside that are filled with protein and coated with a layer of cocoa.
They were a great option to have on my mornings out and kept me full for hours. I’d find that 1 mini bar was actually enough to keep me full! The chocolate coating on top made the bars particularly tasty, but not sickly sweet. These bars were a life-saver for my morning commute days.
Oatly Yoghurt
On the days that I could enjoy my breakfast slightly more leisurely, I indulged in my Oatly Yogurt and Rolla Granola or Lizi’s Super Musli as a topping.
If you haven’t tried Oatly products yet, you are most certainly missing out! Oatly has a great range of dairy-free products that are easy on the stomach and non-offensive to cows. Their oat-gurt comes in plain, greek-style and strawberry. It’s just as creamy as regular dairy and even tastier.
Rollagranola
To make my oat-gurt even better, It was essential I added Rollagranola on top.
Their flavour options are Keto Caveman, Cool Raspberry, Awesome Almond, Zesty Caveman, Caveman’s Dream, Pecan Maple… and the list goes on! With so many options, it would be impossible not to find one that you love.
These granolas are homemade with your health in mind. Packed with protein and low in sugar, they make a perfect topping for yoghurt and smoothie bowls.
Lizi’s Super Muesli
Lizi’s Super Musli range is also delightful as the crunch on top of your yoghurt or to enjoy in a bowl with some oat milk.
Lizi’s Super Muesli is vegan and comes in 4 different variants like Boost, Cleanse, Focus and Glow, aiming to target different areas of your body when you need that extra boost!
Linda McCartney’s Dairy-Free Drinks
Another great combination for mornings is Linda McCartney’s Dairy-Free Drinks with Grandma Crunch Cereals.
We all know the Linda McCartney brand for having great vegetarian meal options. They have now decided to expand their range by adding some wonderful dairy-free milk. The options include Organic coconut, Oat, Rice and Soya. These drinks were a great addition to add to morning coffee, protein shakes and in this case, Grandma Crunch cereal!
Grandma Crunch Cereals
Do you reminisce on having that terribly sugar-loaded and empty calorie but delicious cereals as a kid? Well, no need to sacrifice cereal again with Grandma Crunch available.
The range comes in Coconut, Cocoa, and Cinnamon. They all contain nearly 15 grams of protein per serving and only 5 grams of carbs! With these cereals also being plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free and grain-free, there’s no reason not to add this nutritious crunch to your morning.
